fun with noah

part of my weekend consisted of hanging out with noah, my cousin catie's 2 year old. we hung out all day saturday, just the two of us and uncle bobby, of course. we played outside, colored and then he took a 4 hour nap, wiped out by all of the excitement of the night before, i am sure. i had to wake the little guy up!

friday i was in clayton and i decided it would be fun to go trick or treating with the kids and john, catie and bobby. it was fun walking down the familiar streets like when i was a kid. and noah was so cute to watch. he said "trick or treat", "thank you" and "happy halloween" at every door, and sometimes even went right inside and made himself comfortable! on the way back home he was pretty tired so he rode on my shoulders all the way back and we chatted about pumpkins, snow and he counted to 13.

it was a great time with him and i am glad we got to hang out together!
